Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize and promote the implementation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system, including planning, planning, and organizing work related to second and third party audits or certifications;

2. Responsible for the quality evaluation of products and raw materials, including the establishment, maintenance, prioritization, and effectiveness evaluation of product evaluation methods;

3. Product quality control and risk identification;

4. Responsible for company audits, product self inspections, daily inspections, etc., and promoting and tracking the problems found;

5. Responsible for the investigation, analysis, handling, and coordination of customer complaints, customer complaints, and quality accidents, implementing corrective measures, and promoting closure;

6. Participate in and plan various quality management activities, such as participating in the audit and certification of external partners, and quality training for internal personnel.

7. Responsible for the formulation, modification, regular review of inspection standards, and inspection of the implementation and effectiveness of standards;

8. Responsible for the company's quality information management, assessing quality indicators, analyzing quality costs, mastering quality trends, and regularly reporting to leaders;

9. Responsible for data analysis management and process monitoring and measurement;

10. Responsible for the management of nonconformities, corrective actions, and improvement measures.

Job Requirements:

1. 25-40 years old, full-time bachelor's degree or above, male or female;

2. At least 3 years of work experience in quality related positions; Experience in quality management in related fields such as electronic materials, chemicals, electronic components, etc. is preferred

3. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, skilled in using quality management tools and methods, such as 6sigma; Proficient in using office software;

4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, be rigorous and meticulous, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have a good team spirit;
