Job Responsibilities:

Carry out sales and customer management maintenance work under the leadership of the business manager:

1. Contact customers, understand customer needs through communication with customers, and seek sales opportunities;

2. Establish sales accounts, dynamic management of contract receivables, and collection of overdue payments;

3. Tracking orders; Comprehensively understand the supply quantity, supply cycle, product quality, etc. of the order, and issue a delivery plan to the workshop; Follow up the implementation of daily production plan and delivery plan, timely adjust the delivery according to the actual situation, and ensure timely delivery; Contact logistics, arrange the distribution and shipment of orders, and track the flow of goods; Storage of delivery receipt;

4. Develop new customers, establish and maintain customer profiles;

5. Collect and analyze market data, and regularly feed back the latest information;

6. Collate, collect, and archive sales data;

7. Input and archive sales data and orders;

8. Assist the sales manager in coordinating daily sales affairs.

Job Requirements:

1. Basic requirements: 20-35 years old, male or female, healthy, passionate about sales, able to travel, and with a good team spirit;

2. Language requirements: Mandarin, clear articulation, quick thinking;

3. Professional Requirements: Major in marketing, management, chemical engineering, materials, electronic components, or related majors, college degree or above;

4. Fresh graduates are also eligible.
