Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and reach annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and payment collection plans for the sales team based on the company's annual sales goals;

2. Responsible for sales management within the jurisdiction, organizing sales operations based on market conditions, and formulating corresponding sales policies;

3. Responsible for developing new customer channels, exploring markets, achieving sales goals, and supporting the company's continued business growth;

4. Responsible for the promotion and sales activities of the company's products, actively expanding market share;

5. Responsible for the customer resource management of the sales team, and responsible for the management and maintenance of key customers;

6. Responsible for completing customer after-sales service management, resolving and handling market, product, complaints, and other issues, and reporting in a timely manner;

7. Responsible for the control and management of sales expenses within the jurisdiction;

8. Responsible for cultivating reserve sales management cadres and doing a good job in echelon construction; Responsible for the training and guidance of salesmen, performance management, promotion evaluation and assessment, and other related work;

9. Responsible for communication and coordination with various departments and the establishment of relevant external relationships.


Job Requirements:

1. At least three years of relevant working experience in the same industry (or upstream and downstream industries), and at least two years of working experience in the same industry and position;

2. Have a strong sense of responsibility, a strong sense of goals and management awareness;

3. Have a thorough and complete work plan, and be able to organize analysis and implementation based on actual resources;

4. Strong business processing and outreach capabilities, as well as strong customer management and resource operation capabilities; Strong expression skills and adaptability;

5. Customer resources are preferred.
