Job Responsibilities:

1. Middle level management position, responsible for presiding over the overall work of the production department, coordinating and guiding the arrangement of personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment in the production process according to the production plan, to ensure the smooth progress of production;

2. Responsible for organizing the formulation, modification, inspection, supervision, control, and implementation of management systems for production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, and production statistics;

3. Responsible for coordinating special work such as on-site management, safety production, clean production, labor protection, environmental protection, etc;

4. Always adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention first", and irregularly inspect the safety production of mechanical equipment and personnel; Strictly formulate and implement safety operation procedures for each equipment and type of work, promote 6S specifications, ensure safety, environmental protection, and cleanliness of the production site, and eliminate all safety and environmental accidents;

5. Reasonably arrange production, ensure batch production in the workshop, reduce production costs, improve labor efficiency and economic benefits, and actively participate in workshop cost accounting and employee hour accounting;

6. Do a good job in civilized production, and arrange the workshop reasonably; Raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products shall be stored separately and stacked neatly; Keep equipment and ground clean; Continuously improve the labor environment;

7. Responsible for the performance appraisal, training, and management of the management and production staff of the department, and achieving the rational allocation of human resources;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. 30-42 years old, full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in chemical engineering, materials, machinery, etc;

2. At least three years of workshop level production management experience in a manufacturing enterprise, with industry experience preferred;

3. Master relevant legal knowledge, be familiar with production processes, and be proficient in production management knowledge;

4. Strong process optimization, overall organization, communication and coordination skills, good ability to analyze and solve problems, and strong execution ability;

5. Proficient in using commonly used office software;
