Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's overall planning and production needs, select new products with high feasibility as development targets, and propose development project approval;

2. Write a Feasibility Report, fill in the "New Technology Release", and submit it to the new product project leader for review. Combine the company's equipment to design the process of new products, determine the key points and difficulties, and determine the inspection standards, methods, and means for new products;

3. Conduct experiments on difficult points in the new product process, determine and continuously modify specific experimental methods, propose plans for manufacturing auxiliary tools, tooling, and fixtures, as well as a list of equipment and instruments to be purchased, determine the raw materials required for the project, and identify suppliers;

4. Responsible for tracking early production, guiding and supervising all production processes, and timely solving problems encountered in production;

5. After the product is fully mature, hand over a complete set of process documents, guide and assist production system personnel in production, and provide information about processing capacity and prices to the Marketing Department;

6. Participate in regional after-sales services and answer customer questions about products;

Job Requirements:

1. Basic requirements: Between 25 and 35 years old, male and female, healthy, passionate about scientific and technological innovation, careful and conscientious in work, with a sense of responsibility, and a good team spirit;

2. Language requirements: Have certain English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;

3. Major requirements: Major in inorganic non-metallic materials, chemical engineering and process, material engineering, etc., bachelor degree or above;

4. Those with in-depth research in the field of functional ceramic materials or relevant project development experience are preferred.
